Its snowing... grr

Planted out some Lidl cheapo fruit bushes last week - couple of gooseberry plants and some blackcurrant. Will try weed suppressing using cardboard - got tired of digging weeds this year.

Last time I got some fruit from them the plants did pretty well - kind of generic German packaging...

Nice weekend

Weather was good on Sunday - spent an hour or two on the allotment - bit of weeding and put two gooseberry bushes and a blackcurrant plant in.

Something has destroyed my winter potatoes down on the plot - the ones I bagged at home are doing well though.
